Placing an Order

On the individual page of the scarf you desire, you will find a yellow 'Add To Cart' button which links directly to a PayPal shopping cart. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase a scarf. At this point you can continue shopping or check out. Please check the description within PayPal to be sure you have selected the correct size if that particular scarf design has size options. Most of the square scarves are available in a few sizes.

At the printing lab there is a minimum fabric order limit and so for the pocket squares (36 x 36 cm) I will be building an inventory for now rather than taking single orders. I will soon make them available for direct purchase from stock (at £55) but please let me know if you are interested in a pocket square as I may be able to work it into another order in the meantime.

Currently the processing time for an order is approximately 6 weeks. The order will be placed with the lab as soon as PayPal verifies the payment. I will notify you by email as soon as I receive the finished order, and then it will be promptly shipped to you.

Shipping

I am currently offering free worldwide shipping. For the UK, delivery time is about two days once it is shipped. For the rest of the world, Royal Mail suggests the delivery time is about 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

In order to keep the package within 'small parcel' shippping tariffs, each box will be shipped separately if you are ordering more than one and wish to have branded box for each item. After the free shipping promotion. parcels will be shipped in your desired method but I do warn that combining two scarf boxes together is much more expensive than shipping them separately.

The scarf is wrapped in black tissue paper and placed inside a bespoke black box embellished with a gold foil version of my 'F' logo. That box is then placed inside a snug shipping box with tissue filling to prevent movement.

Care and Handling

Your scarf is 100% silk therefore it must be dry cleaned only.

Press with dry iron on Silk (lowest) setting.

Store in box or away from moth access.
