The Opportunist
Pip, an adorable tuxedo cat owned by a friend and neighbour, comes to sit on the wall just outside the kitchen window and watch for mice as they pass between the terrace houses.
This oil on board painting was created from one of my photos of her, drawn freehand with the reference photo on the laptop in front of me.
The painting is 6x6 inches (15 cm) in a 7x7 inch deep box frame (18cm) behind glass to protect the delicate surface.
