The Survivor
The images incorporating my sculptures as subjects are cautionary tales of human nature, visual notes to myself, and to anyone, on hope, forgiveness, pain, love. Using clay exploits no-one. My mind spills out, takes shape and solidifies.
Textures from related locations create context and depth, completing the message. My hope is to connect with people on an emotional level, help heal some wounds, and tap into stores of positive energy along the way.
